This 1-hour zoom webinar is a mandatory live virtual training on sexual violence and sexual harassment prevention education required of new/incoming graduate and professional students.
REGISTRATION: When registering for the Live Virtual Training, you must use an email that is associated with a zoom account. You will be required to enter your UID number, make sure that you input the correct number to receive credit. Please save the confirmation page, calendar item, or email that you receive once you register, as it contains your personalized webinar logon information. Please note that the zoom webinar link is unique to you and you must use this link in order to get credit for attending the session.
ACCESS TO ZOOM WEBINAR: Please make sure that you are correctly signed in to zoom. You must only use the zoom webinar link that was provided to you on your confirmation page, calendar item or email when signing into the webinar. Using someone else’s link will prevent you from obtaining attendance credit.
ATTENDANCE FORM: Towards the end of the live virtual training session, you will be required to complete a MyUCLA attendance form. You will need your UID number to complete this attendance form. The link to the attendance form will be shared during the training and will only remain active for a short time. The attendance form will be verified with the webinar’s zoom attendance report (these two reports must match). Failure to fill out the attendance form will prevent you from receiving credit for the training.
