An expert in the career management process, Markell offers her clients strategies that will help them curate satisfying careers, including job search action planning, personal brand development, professional networking and leadership development. Her work with major cities and universities covers topics such as career motivation and success, career assessment, career exploration, effective job search strategies, and career transition for adults evaluating their career paths after loss and life-altering personal challenges. Morris received a M.A. in counseling from the University of San Diego (USD) and a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (USCB).
